| Bob Loveless started the Ouachita Driving Academy in 1995 to assist students in becoming safe, well-qualified drivers. Bob received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Texas. He went on to receive his teaching credential from Northeast Louisiana University, and later returned to complete his Master’s degree. In addition to running ODA, Bob works as a counselor at West Monroe High School. |

Kathy Young—Instructor |
| Kathy Young has been in education for over 17 years. She is currently a guidance counselor at WMHS. Prior to moving to Louisiana, Kathy worked in the Memphis area as a counselor and teacher. Kathy received her Bachelor’s degree from ULM and later completed her Master’s degree in Education at the University of Memphis. She completed her certification in Driver’s Education in 2004 and is an excellent addition to the ODA staff. |

Whitney Malone is a Health and Physical Education instructor for Ouachita Parish Schools. In 2004, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology as well as her Secondary Education certification at ULM. That same year, she also earned her certification in Driver’s Education. Bob Loveless was her Mentor during her first semester teaching the course for OPSB. Whitney helps to “fill in the gaps” at ODA, teaching and substituting as needed.

| Julie Bowman is a secondary English
Education teacher for Ouachita Parish Schools. She earned
her degree in 2007 from Louisiana Tech University. That
same year Julie became certified to teach Driver's Education
and is ready and willing to teach all students, young
and old, how to drive and why safety is so important. |
